This poster was created as an assignment for our graphic productions class. We were tasked with creating a poster that answers the question “What is art?” I answered the question by stating that Art is for Everyone! I wanted to translate this visually by asking ten children to draw or paint their own version of a famous work of art. I put their work beside the originals and I aimed to show that art is for everyone, whether they be 1 or 100! My poster was voted on by my classmates to have 300 prints made to be given out at USM’s art and design building.
